📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Conduct tax planning and analysis to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
• Maintain and update tax-related records and documentation in SAP and Oracle.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely tax-related financial data.
• Provide support in tax audits and tax dispute resolutions when necessary.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance tax-related skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Certification in tax accounting (e.g., SIT, CITP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial and tax-related tasks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
