As a Contract Execution Paralegal, you will be the backbone of our legal operations, working closely with our legal team to draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, partners, and customers. You will leverage your expertise in contract law and legal software to ensure that all contracts are accurate, compliant, and ready for execution.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary of IDR 12,000,000 - 20,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, partners, and customers
• Ensure all contracts are accurate, compliant, and ready for execution
• Leverage legal software such as Clio, ContractWorks, or similar to streamline contract management processes
• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure timely and efficient contract execution
• Maintain and update contract templates and standard clauses
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents for various business transactions
• Provide support to the legal team in contract negotiations and due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Clio, ContractWorks, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
