📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales growth and improve the shopping experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and terms.
Optimize product listings and descriptions to enhance visibility and attract more customers.
Analyze and report on category performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Manage and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure Shopee remains competitive.
Participate in company-wide initiatives to support Shopee’s overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, or a similar role.
Proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Shopee’s internal systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the e-commerce industry in Southeast Asia is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
