📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees using ADP.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using ADP.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
• Support the company’s expansion efforts by identifying and attracting top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience using HR software such as BambooHR and ADP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
