📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand employees' needs and concerns.,Develop and implement psychological interventions and programs to improve employee well-being and performance.,Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or professional challenges.,Collaborate with management to create a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of all psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.,Professional certification in Psychology (optional but preferred).
