📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient MEP system design.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Prepare detailed MEP documentation, including schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to address client requirements and project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in MEP BIM modeling.
• Support project teams in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards and guidelines within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Experience with BIM collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms.
