📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and repair fiberglass components for yachts and boats using molds and hand lay-up techniques.
• Ensure the quality and durability of fiberglass parts by following strict quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as resin, fiberglass, and gel coats to achieve desired finishes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing fiberglass components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in marine construction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fiberglass Worker or similar role in marine construction.
• Proven ability to work with fiberglass materials, including resin, fiberglass, and gel coats.
• Strong understanding of marine construction techniques and safety protocols.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid certification in marine construction or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
