📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the data center infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular checks and perform preventive maintenance on servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Respond to incidents and outages, implementing solutions to restore normal operations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and improvements to the data center infrastructure.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records of the data center's status and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Provide technical support to the private banking team, addressing their infrastructure needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage of the data center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
