📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Develop and implement fleet performance tracking systems to ensure optimal vehicle utilization and cost efficiency.
• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet profitability and minimize operational costs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on fleet performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing, fleet management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a fleet of commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle leasing contracts, terms, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
