Payroll Officer - PT Berkah Depok Ops

PT Berkah Depok Ops is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and timely distribution of salaries to our employees. This position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 6,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per bulan.

As a Payroll Officer, you will handle daily payroll tasks, including data entry, calculations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will work closely with our HR team to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports. This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounting or finance, looking to specialize in payroll management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and distribute employee salaries accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government authorities.
• Maintain and update employee records, including tax and benefit information.
• Calculate and process employee taxes, including income tax, social security, and other deductions.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company payroll policies.
• Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Provide training and support to new employees on payroll procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
