In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of our international shipments. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements, and you will use your expertise in freight forwarding to ensure that their goods are transported efficiently and cost-effectively. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure that our shipments are transported safely and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the logistics of international shipments, including booking, tracking, and coordinating with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide them with cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and other logistics providers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor the performance of shipments and identify any potential issues or delays, and take corrective action as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the logistics and international trade industry, and share your knowledge and insights with the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and ensure that their goods are transported safely and on time.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
• Proficient in using freight forwarding software, such as CargoWise, Freightos, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali and the surrounding areas is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
