EnviroDynamics is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to our clients, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychological assessments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

This is a full-time position with office hours, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of mental health issues.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency mental health services.
  • Educate and train staff and volunteers on mental health topics.
  • Participate in research and development activities related to mental health.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) or eligible for licensure in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychology.
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
