PRISM Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by providing product information and processing payments.,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking products and cleaning the cash register.,Assist in inventory management by counting and reporting stock levels.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
