Den Quick Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit documentation to improve clarity and readability,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Work with marketing and sales teams to create product documentation for external audiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong communication and collaboration skills
