Bold Store Mandiri is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Write and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.,Ensure documentation is accessible and user-friendly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with software development processes and tools.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.
