📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient health status.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities, vital signs, and medical history accurately and promptly.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and hospital admissions/discharges.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to share knowledge and best practices.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control protocols.,Report any adverse events or patient safety concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.,Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
