Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Create and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the office when required.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
