PT Pilar Tambang is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our operations in Singkawang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, buses, and other transportation assets.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and mileage to optimize operational efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing transportation logistics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
