📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to distribution team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
