📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications and treatments.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to enhance clinical skills.,Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following infection control protocols.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1) from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SIP, SNM, or equivalent).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
