Warung Hana Health Center is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare logistics and ready to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our health center, ensuring that supplies and equipment are efficiently distributed and managed. You will work closely with our healthcare providers and staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the logistics operations of the health center, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure that supplies and equipment are available when needed.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medical supplies and equipment as needed.,Ensure that all medical supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.,Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Track and report on logistics metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery times.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare logistics and supply chain management best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
