Your daily tasks will include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert legal opinions on corporate matters
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Support corporate legal advisory services
- Assist in legal due diligence processes
- Maintain and update legal documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal professionals
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with legal software such as LexisNexis or Westlaw
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
