📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions for employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
