📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring all security protocols are followed.,Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and assess potential security risks.,Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior security staff on security procedures and best practices.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive security strategy.,Respond to emergencies and crises, providing immediate assistance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with security technology and systems is a plus.
