📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and business growth.
• Monitor and analyze client performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Represent the company at client meetings and events to strengthen relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Experience in managing key accounts in a similar industry is a plus.
