The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Oversee the processing of payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct financial audits and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely submission of financial documents.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the tax filing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team and interact with senior management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
