Depot Maya Auto Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships. If you are passionate about purchasing and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.,Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct market research and analyze supplier performance.,Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Provide support in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
