Glow Village Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
