📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline and grievances, in a fair and professional manner.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that HR needs are met and that the company's goals are achieved.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
