📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers and support staff.,Ensure safe and efficient operations of the fleet.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and condition.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Good knowledge of local traffic rules and regulations.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
