📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the hospitality industry.,Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, resorts, and travel agencies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
