Sumber Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
