📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire plastic bag manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, engineers, and production staff.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to incorporate new technologies and innovations into production processes.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastic bag manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
