Oversee all culinary operations and ensure the highest quality of food and service.,Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect the restaurant's culinary vision.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost control.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Represent the restaurant at culinary events and industry functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent experience in a leadership role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with a clean safety record.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.
