In your daily tasks, you will visit clients to discuss payment arrangements, negotiate settlements, and follow up on overdue accounts. You will use our proprietary collection software, Skyro CRM, to track and manage your cases efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to discuss payment arrangements and negotiate settlements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and track payments using Skyro CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Document all interactions and updates in the collection software.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Adhere to Skyro's policies and procedures for collections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful collections and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with collection software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
