📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all activities are aligned with company goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving performance improvements.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
