📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company initiatives.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.,Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
