You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring that we have the right people in the right places at the right times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the business.
• Provide leadership and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all operational procedures and protocols are followed, and that our guests receive the highest quality of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the travel and hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Sabre, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, as is basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
