📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as processing payroll, updating employee information, and managing benefits.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager.,Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
