📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.,Write user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Create and update API documentation for developers.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Ensure documentation is accessible and user-friendly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Support the marketing team with technical content for promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Proficiency in English for technical writing.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
