📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS/PaaS projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure projects align with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS/PaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and digital services is a plus.
