🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in a multicultural or international environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with HR software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
