📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train the kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.,Proficiency in using relevant management software and tools.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
