📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
