GRID Mandiri is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement for the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Provide training and guidance to the audit team on best practices and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of audit activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
