As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect new sales leads in the assigned territory.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Present products and services to potential customers and negotiate sales.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company.,Submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
