📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cashier in managing daily cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash transactions with professionalism and empathy.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Monitor cash levels and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Conduct regular reconciliations of cash and bank statements to identify discrepancies.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area to prevent theft and errors.,Stay updated with banking regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash handling or financial transactions.,Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.,Must be able to work in a team and independently.
