📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
