ATLAS Jaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting our learning and development initiatives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the training and development of employees through various activities and initiatives.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of learning and development activities.,Develop and maintain learning materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for learning and development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
